Signing of Local Distribution Agreement and Commencement of Sales in Paraguay

NuriScience has officially signed a distribution agreement on October 1st with Buenos Negocios, a social enterprise established as a joint venture with the Good Neighbors Global Impact Foundation, to begin full-scale business operations in Paraguay.

Following the official registration of WholeMom™, a bioprotein formulation for sex control in cattle and pigs developed by NuriScience, this partnership marks a major step forward in expanding the company’s presence in South America, a region known for its high market entry barriers.

Under the agreement, Buenos Negocios will take charge of product distribution and technical support for local artificial insemination centers, livestock farms, dairy associations, and swine cooperatives. The company also plans to gradually establish local production facilities and cooperate on technology transfer initiatives, strengthening NuriScience’s foothold in the region.

Expansion Across the MERCOSUR Region and Global Market Growth

Paraguay, a member of MERCOSUR (Southern Common Market) along with Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Bolivia, serves as a strategic gateway for NuriScience’s entry into the South American market. This registration and distribution partnership provide a solid foundation for export expansion and commercialization across all MERCOSUR member countries.

Building upon this success, NuriScience plans to accelerate its global strategy through the development of a “One Bio Platform” — a next-generation biotechnology ecosystem that integrates applications across livestock, human, and companion animal health.

Through these initiatives, NuriScience aims to position K-Livestock Bio as a key contributor to productivity improvement and biotechnology advancement in South America and the global livestock industry.
